Have you ever wished gluten free life could be filled with tasty and beautiful food you truly enjoy and feel proud to share with people around you?
Now is your chance to participate in a gluten free course, where I will show you how fabulous gluten free baking can be! We’ll of course do it the French way, with the French joie de vivre, appetite for life, as our main ingredient.
Hop on this inspiring 4-hour baking course and learn how to work with gluten free flours to create a French Bourdaloue pear pie with almond cream, a delicious chocolate fondant cake and a nutritious quinoa bread.
The course begins with a welcoming treat, while you get introduced to gluten free flours and their properties. Then it’s time to bake. We will prepare a beautiful French style sweet pie, a dairy free chocolate cake and an easy pain quotidien, an everyday bread – all this while having fun and learning many tips and tricks. At the end of the class we’ll gather around the table to taste what we have created, and you will bring some home for your family or friends. All recipes are free from lactose and refined white sugar.
The course is held in the most inspiring atmosphere at the Flavour Studio in Teurastamo, Työpajankatu 2, Helsinki.
The course teaching language is English (with a bit of French and Finnish…).
