Dark Chocolate Almond Granola {Gluten Free}

A healthy and comfy dark chocolate and almond granola ready is about 30 minutes! Gluten free, no white sugar, vegan.

  • 250 gluten free oats
  • 100 g chopped dark chocolate
  • 100g chopped nuts (almond, pecans)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 20g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 80g coconut oil (neutral flavor)
  • 8 tbps maple syrup
  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Pour oats in a large bowl. Mix in salt, cocoa powder, chopped nuts, chia seeds and salt.
  3. In a smaller bowl, mix together melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Pour over the oats mixture and stir well until oats are moistened.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with half of the chopped chocolate. Stir well.
  6. Let cool completely and add the rest of the chopped chocolate.
